In order to deliver quality service & effective Customer Management, we have invested in a customized CRM that helps us in accessing all activities for a client as well as for a specific Project / Property. This also helps us measure the quality of work put in by our team, which in turn ensures corrective measures are taken from time to time avoiding delays.

With a quality investment in our CRM, we have ensured measurement of performance. It also facilitates in in-depth analysis of work undertaken, site visits done during a specific period, results achieved from activities undertaken.

We also understand our bandwidth; hence take up projects exclusively to market in specific areas – presently focused on Bangalore East. This focused approach helps in concentrated effort & hence achievement of results as planned.
Post Sale Customer Management
With a team with specific mandate for handling Post Sale documentation process, we ensure one stop solution for our clients in getting documentation completed satisfactorily. Upto date contact with clients is established which helps in exploring Cross – Selling options with clients. This also builds Brand Vintage, as the clients can utilize our services to Manage Property if is stationed elsewhere, Keep- up with Tax Payments & other Maintenance related issues.
Rental & Property Management Services
We at present offer clients our Rental Search services - providing support for searching suitable clients for Apartments, Villas, and Bungalows in Bangalore East. We are also looking to provide Property Management services in the near future.
